I got a 10mm while they were running a sale and I thought that it would be the best time to pick one up. When the chain arrives I put it on to see how I liked it and it’s a beautiful chain and as the day went on I inspected it and looked at it in more detail and the chain was done well except for a couple little things. First was the fact that the parts that were soldered together between the links on a few links were still stained and discolored from the soldering process and then there was a link that was soldered 70% of the way through. I called up the store after I made those discoveries and I’m bringing it in so they can take a look and hopefully rectify this.

I got my chain 2 weeks later , very communicative and helpful and make order tracking easy . My chain is beautiful and is well worth the wait, clasp could of been a little tighter but overall a good purchase .

After 3 months I still have not received my order broken promises on promises, poor communication
